Now I explore frequency, nervous system healing, and mindset the way I once studied chemistry — by asking “What really creates change?” From Logic to Light After several spiritual awakenings that turned my world upside down (in the best way possible), I stepped into the unknown. I realized healing isn’t just about fixing — it’s about remembering who you really are.
Through meditation, energy work, and nervous system regulation, I began helping others do the same: release old loops, restore self-trust, and rebuild lives that feel aligned, free, and deeply alive. A Love Letter to Transformation (and a Little Bit of Chaos) I’ve been into anime since my twenties — long before it was trendy. I fell in love with the emotional depth, the courage, and the power-up moments that mirrored real human growth. For a while, I drifted away when much of it became overly sexualized, losing the meaning that first drew me in.
